In our prior experience as Architectural Consultant for Massachusetts’ Municipalities and Public School Districts TBA has utilized both traditional and permanent modular construction methods, developed designs and implementation strategies for integration of high-efficiency building systems, alternative energy solutions, and green building materials, designed and implemented advanced security and IT systems, and reinterpreted existing space to meet changing space needs, among other types of improvements. Comprehensive assessment during the investigative phase of work for each project is essential to determining the optimal construction method and implementation strategy for each unique project we undertake.
The use of Modular units increases our ability to provide permanent buildings that serve essential functions while facing the challenges of limited existing space - and doing so in a single construction season. Our cost-effective and highly efficient approach alleviates over-crowding and addresses deficiencies in program-appropriate space. We always endeavor to match programmatic innovation with innovation in design and proper planning for construction in order to develop affordable housing solutions that are cost effective and offer reduction in maintenance costs, while maintaining a high level of modern comfort and safety.
