Justin Humphreys |

Justin Humphreys, AIA, celebrates society’s interconnectedness and believes that architecture, at its best, serves to advance a strong and inclusive society. As the owner of TBA Architects he has defined the practice as being in support of the public and focused on projects that provide spaces for community interaction, education and civic life. Justin was destined to be an architect and his path has been both linear and dedicated graduating from Wentworth Institute of Technology; beginning his career at TBA; teaching at his alma mater; volunteering in local planning efforts; and now leading the firm forward.

 

Camile Harvanek | Designer

Camile interned for TBA Architects while pursuing her B.S. & M.Arch. in Architecture at Wentworth Institute of Technology. After receiving her degrees, she returned to TBA to continue her practice in providing valued spaces for community interaction and improving the human experience of the built environment at every opportunity.

Aislinn Jefferies | Interior Designer

Aislinn interned for TBA Architects while pursuing her M.F.A. in Interior Design at Pratt Institute. After receiving her degree, she returned to TBA to continue working with the talented team at TBA and contribute her skills and unique point of view. She approaches design as the intersection of art and pragmatism and aims to incorporate a whimsical perspective into each project. With a focus on public works and social responsibility, she believes in design that can better the human experience at every level.

Philip Mills | Designer

Phil graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Architecture. His academic journey was marked by a passion for integrating sustainable practices with architectural innovation. After receiving his degree, he connected with TBA through their shared commitment to community well-being and holistic integration of sustainable architecture. Phil has since dedicated himself to creating spaces that are environmentally responsible and deeply connected to the communities they serve, approaching every design as an opportunity to enhance the human experience.

Rhiannon Jefferies | Marketing Director | Human Resources

Rhiannon Jefferies is the Marketing Director and Human Resources Manager at TBA; while her formal career with the company began in 2011, as one of founding principal, Bob Jefferies’ 4 children, TBA has long been an integral part of her life.  An appreciation for the importance of structures in the physical world and in society, and a love for historic buildings that started on site visits in childhood has developed into a career focus in her adult life.  With a background in Economic Sociology, and Writing, Rhiannon’s primary role at TBA Architects is to document the innovative design work of the Design Team in text and visual images, as well as to provide support to the project team through Human Resources management.

Bob Jefferies | Emeritus Principal | CSI

After 36 years, Bob has officially retired from his position as one of TBA’s Principals. In his new role as the TBA factotum, Bob continues to serve his team by offering his years of experience and expertise wherever they may be needed as a consultant and our all-around know-it-all.

Emeritus Principal | AIA | NCARB

As a founding Principal and TBA’s former President, Russ molded and shaped TBA Architects into the company it is today. A natural educator, Russ has promoted and developed the core values of thoughtful, creative, design among countless young designers at the Boston Architectural College as well as here at TBA. He continues to offer his immeasurable value through his expert input and guidance.
