Housing authority developments often find themselves in need of modern updates and accessibility improvements to meet current code requirements.

At TBA Architects, Inc. we are invested in sharing our expertise in accessibility and improving the quality of life, safety, and welfare for all residents like those at the Lancaster housing development.

After evaluating the existing conditions of the site, we proposed and implemented improvements through adjustments to the parking and driveway, entryways, door widths, as well as new bath and kitchen layouts.
