As part of our House Doctor Contract, TBA Architects provides architectural services to the municipal and school buildings for the Town of Wayland.

For the Town Hall, we provided a space needs programmatic assessment and systems analysis with recommendations for renovation of the 1930s building. A complete assessment of the existing HVAC systems with proposals for upgrade along with renovations to the existing Hearing Rooms, as well as interior reconfiguration for the Land Use & Planning offices will provide the necessary upgrades to enable the Town’s modern use of the Colonial Revival Building.
