TBA was retained by the Town of Concord to conduct a comprehensive Facility Conditions Assessment and program and code review for seventeen municipal buildings as a means to identifying and prioritizing deficiencies requiring repair or replacement, and opportunities to increase operational efficiency and energy performance through the implementation of the resulting Master Plan.

Recommendations for the Concord Town House led to Renovations and Interior Reconfiguration for the historic building in the Town Center, currently underway. The TBA Design Team worked to reorganize the first floor, balancing the private office space with the public service center to create a welcoming interior for visitors alongside an efficient workspace.
