Architecture is a team endeavor.  At TBA we deeply value the collective effort within our own office, with each of the expert consultants that, together with the TBA Design team, constitute our complete project team, as well as with our clients.  The great variety of projects we have undertaken over three decades for buildings of all types, uses, and construction eras has enabled us to develop long-term working relationships with project team member firms with great depth of experience across disciplines.   The team we collaborate with includes expert engineers for structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, technology, geotechnical and civil/site categories, as well as professional cost estimators, interior designers, landscape architects and varied project specialists. Our decades of experience working together on concurrent construction projects for public and private clients throughout Massachusetts allows us to quickly and effectively assemble the appropriate team members for construction projects on a project by project basis.

TBA is committed to partnering with Minority, Woman, and Veteran owned business enterprises on all of our design and construction projects, and consistently engages MBE, WBE, and VBE designated firms for all public and private projects, exceeding standards established by the State for participation.  The Architectural Design Industry is defined by continuous development and innovation; likewise TBA is always seeking out opportunities to collaborate with new partners to continue to expand our foundation of design experience and build upon our project team’s creativity, capacity to adapt, and unconventional approaches to problem solving in delivering cutting edge and workable design solutions for our clients.
